Systems Innovation Lab Limited, licence MC 13977, Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; also operating in Australia under ABN 55 765 705 930. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect
Enquiry form: your name, organisation, work e-mail, phone number if given, the intent you select and the message you write.
Technical data: our hosting provider records request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and reliability. Web analytics are cookieless and aggregate; they do not identify you.
3. Why and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement, our legitimate interest in running the practice and, where relevant, performance of a contract.
To keep the website secure and available. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc., hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless web analytics.
Resend, Inc., delivery of enquiry e-mails from the website to our business mailbox.
Our business e-mail provider, which stores the correspondence. Each processor acts under contract and only on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Engagement records are kept for the period required by contract and by law in the UAE and Australia.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to contact@systemsinnovation.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
This policy is intended to meet applicable data-protection law in the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
7. Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of external sites (for example a public academic profile). Their privacy practices are their own.
